Project 1
Week 1
This week Mr Razif briefed us about our upcoming projects. He asked us to explore on our own on adobe animate and we will start our project next week.
Week 2
Mr Razif demonstrate a few examples to get familiarize with to Animate CC. We learned about Symbols, Tweening (Classic & Shape), and were given an exercise about button.
Week 3
This week we learned simple coding to control click button which direct the page to another. Mr Razif demonstrated a few examples and showed us that we can use the wizard tool so that we don't have to memorize all the codes.
Week 4
This week Mr Razif demonstrated the button feature to next page again and showed us how to animate simple layout on a website.
Week 5
Mr Razif showed us how to click and change to another visual element by using movie clip. he also mentioned that we can use label so that it's easier to find instead of using the frame number.
Important:
- Remember to put in instant name for the button
- Use movie clip to control and animate graphics inside the movie clip

REFLECTION
Experience:
Throughout this project, it was definitely challenging since we are still learning the basics for the first few weeks. It gets a little tedious when it comes to the coding part which frustrates me when the animation does not work in html. I also find it a hard to catch up in every class and had to watch the recordings over and over again just for one simple exercise. I'm glad that I somehow got the hang of it around week 5 and created my prototype.
Observation:
I observed that organization is really important when it comes to animating. It makes it a lot more easier to find and detect problems. Also, planning the flow of the animation is crucial before animating as well.
Findings:
I realised that timing and movement is really important when it comes to animation. It gives a total different feeling and experience but it is not so easy to get a grasp of it sometimes. Sometimes to create something that feels more smooth, there are so much more effort and attention needed to put in.
